Hi Kelli, I just wanted to thank you so much for the amazing job you did putting together all of the food for my daughter's christening celebration yesterday. The food was absolutely wonderful!!! Everyone complimented on how great it was, and asked for the name of our caterer! It was honestly one of the best meals that I have ever had!! You made a hectic day, so much more relaxing for us. I do, however, apologize that I was so stressed when you arrived and that we didn't have more time to chat.

Nadine was also beyond amazing!! She had everything ready when we arrived back from the church, and dinner was served right on schedule. She was discreet, but at the same time extremely personable. She went out of her way to make sure that no detail was missed! She was simply fabulous, and we definitely couldn't have done it without her. I am so glad that I followed your advice.

Kelli, thank you again for making this day so special for us. It was exactly how I pictured it and then some. I will definitely recommend you (and Nadine) to others, and will use you for my future events.

Hi Kelli,

I just wanted to let you know that my friend, Lauren Cullen, and I loved cooking with Kim and learning from her last night. As this was pretty much our first time making anything more than plain pasta, we were so nervous. Kim helped us so much though and made us feel comfortable. Her energy and encouragement kept us going and we had a blast. Many thanks to both you and Kim for helping us get over our fear of working in the kitchen!

Fantastic class!! Great recipes, the food tasted wonderful. I purchased my brining bag and ingredients today...can't wait to try brining the bird. Thanks again Kelli...I enjoy your classes and learn so much. It's your "pearls" (as we call them in medical jargon) or tips about technique and cutting corners that I especially appreciate. You're so easy going and cheerful/fun to listen to (I'm sure the pace of these classes is exhausting for you), which makes it so pleasant. I will be back for more classes!!
