Demo Class = Participants will be able to interact with the chef in a group setting as he/she demonstrates different techniques and recipes. Participants will be asked to help out with various tasks. This gives the participant exposure to all of the recipes provided that day and the ability to ask questions about the ingredients and techniques.
Hands On = Participants will be creating their own dishes, usually working in pairs, from the recipes of the class. The chef will work with each group to insure that they understand the recipe and techniques. The chef will also share 'short cuts' and hints and proper knife skills. This gives the participant the ability to create their own dish to share with the class.
All classes will receive recipes highlighted in the class.
